I found the room consistently clean. Breakfast offered an ample choice of food. The staff remained friendly and helpful . The location has bars and restaurants within walking distance.
I noticed the hotel bottled water was left on the floor instead of the table. This raised some hygiene concerns for me.

The bedroom was large and comfortable. It had a good size balcony and armchairs. The room featured a mini fridge and large shower.
The room lacked tea or coffee facilities. When I asked room service, they hung up. The room safe was broken and the back door did not lock.

This place felt so safe, and the front desk staff were so helpful securing a driver for the medina. The rooftop bar gave such a great view of the city including its mini infinity pool. I especially loved the spa facilities, it reminded me of a proper escape.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the tennis club. That was perfect for my travel. The medina is also easily accessible. Taxis are readily available. The hotel's location gave easy access to many shops, it was great!
